What is Neat as a Service (NaaS)?
Neat as a Service is a subscription service directly from UBA Networks that allows any Zoom customer to subscribe to Neat devices for their meeting spaces by paying an affordable, fixed price paid annually or monthly. Neat subscriptions include the rental of a Neat device with all the latest software releases and support from Zoom. Add your existing Zoom Rooms or free Zoom for the Home license to the Neat device and begin experiencing Zoom Rooms the Neat way.

How is Neat as a Service different from Zoom’s Hardware as a Service offering?
Neat as a Service (NaaS) is a global subscription service offered directly from Neat and aligned with Zoom's Hardware as a Service (HaaS) offering. With NaaS, Zoom customers anywhere around the globe can experience Zoom Rooms the Neat way through a budget-friendly, fixed subscription service. NaaS includes a Neat device and all updates and upgrades. With NaaS, you bring your Zoom Rooms license or use your free Zoom for a home license. Like Zoom HaaS, all technical support is provided by Zoom. Neat as a Service is ideal for Zoom customers outside the US or any Zoom customers with offices and teams geographically scattered around the globe.

Can I cancel my Neat subscription service if I am not happy?
Neat offers a 30-day risk-free satisfaction guarantee to all customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Neat device, you can cancel your Neat subscription and return your Neat device within 30 days of signing up for your Neat subscription for a refund of any subscription charges. UBA Networks will refund any subscription charges once all Neat devices are returned.

How do I cancel my Neat as a Service subscription after the initial contract term expires?
You can cancel your Neat as a Service subscription with a 30-day notice period before the expiry date of your current term. Once you notify UBA Networks that you want to cancel, we’ll provide you with return instructions and send you all the necessary return packaging materials and paid shipping labels. All you need to do is box your Neat device with all components, and ship back to Neat within ten days of the receipt of the return packaging. Your subscription will end on the last day of the following month after your cancellation, provided you have returned your Neat devices! UBA Networks will continue to invoice and charge you until we receive your Neat devices. If the Neat device gets reported lost or arrives back at Neat damaged, we’ll invoice you for any damages.

How does Neat as a Service (NaaS) work
NaaS enables you to equip your Zoom meeting space with a Neat device for as little as US$ 100 per month. It's a 24-month service plan that provides all the benefits of Zoom Rooms the Neat way with two flexible payment options. You can either pay annually or monthly. After your 24-month term has expired, you can refresh your current Neat device with a Neat device or allow your subscription to auto-renew for another twelve months.

How does annual billing work with Neat as a Service?
Neat as a Service (NaaS) gives you the option of annual billing with a discount. The billing term for NaaS begins on the first day of the following month. That means that even if you start your subscription on the second day of the month, we won't bill you until the first day of the next month. Your subscription will automatically renew for a new 12-month term with the same payment terms.

What if I want to purchase additional Neat devices during my current subscription term?
Adding additional Neat devices within your current subscription term is easy and hassle-free! If your current term has more than 12 months remaining, we'll simply add the new devices to that term. If your term has less than 12 months remaining, we'll add the new devices, so all of your devices will co-term with a new 12-month term. This agreement means you don't have to worry about managing multiple contracts!

Will Neat Board be available as part of the Neat as a Service offering?
Yes. Once Neat Board begins shipping at the end of October, it will be available as part of the Neat as a Service offering. All Neat products will be available as a service.

Can I exchange my Neat device to a newer model or different Neat device within my initial 24-month contract term?
No. Customers are only eligible to exchange Neat devices after their initial 24-month contract term

What room sizes is Neat Bar best suited for?
Neat Bar is optimized for up to 16 feet (5 meters), but no two rooms are ever really alike, and there are many nuances to every room environment, which is why we recommend you try Neat Bar in your meeting space.

What is the Neat Bar microphone range for audio pick up?
Neat Bar has five built-in microphones angled in an end-fire array and three sensor mics, to enable advanced differential beamforming and optimize audio pick up for up to 16 feet (5 meters).
Neat Bar pairs with our Neat Pad controller, which has two built-in microphones as well. When we enable these mics in a future software release, the audio pick up will be further enhanced to support even larger meeting rooms.

How does Neat Bar connect to my Zoom account?
Just power it up, and the Neat Bar will auto pair with the Controller. Enter the activation code or sign in to your Zoom account to select a Zoom Room or create a new Zoom Room

Is there a standard display recommended for Neat Bar?
Neat can use any standard flat panel display with HDMI inputs. In general, thinner displays with standard VESA mounting attachment points are most compatible with our mounting hardware.

Yes! Neat devices are fully managed from the Zoom Portal. This means you can have complete centralized control over your entire Neat Zoom Rooms video deployment.

Can you add external microphones to Neat Board to extend audio capabilities?
Neat Board has an advanced 5 microphone array with a 5-meter audio pick up. With future software releases, we will enable the built-in microphones on Neat Pad to extend audio capability.

Am I required to book meetings through Neat Pad as a scheduling display?
No. Neat Pad connects to your calendaring system through Zoom so that you can reserve a meeting room directly from your calendaring system. However, with Neat Pad configured as a scheduling display, you can also book the room now from Neat Pad without going through your desktop calendaring system

How many screens does Neat Bar support?
Neat Bar can be connected to one or two screens.

Can I share content from my laptop using an HDMI cable?
Neat Bar has an HDMI in port and supports sharing screen content via an HDMI cable. Content sharing of audio will be enabled in an upcoming release. Additionally, wireless content sharing from devices to Neat Bar is extremely reliable and works every time, eliminating the need for cables and dongles to share.

Does Neat Pad support Kensington lock?
Yes. Kensington lock can be added to Neat Pad by attaching the wall adaptor to Neat Pad to secure.

Can I use Neat Pad as an additional controller for Neat Board?

How do I share content from my laptop to Neat Board?
With Neat Board, you can reliably share content wirelessly every time, eliminating the need for cables and dongles to share. Additionally, Neat Board has 2 HDMI-in ports. One supports 1080p content sharing in Zoom Rooms and the other supports 4k for connecting any other source such as an Apple.

Does Neat Board support a secondary screen?
No. You can not connect a secondary screen to Neat Board. Neat Board was designed to deliver a complete collaboration experience in a single unit. If you are seeking a dual-screen system, we recommend Neat Bar which has been designed to support up to two screens and offers flexibility to address a range of needs.

Does Neat Board work with a standard VESA mount?
No, Neat Board is designed with a special wall mount to ensure easy mounting very close to the wall.

Does Neat Board support multi-touch?
Yes. Neat Board supports simultaneous input enabling multiple people to draw on the board at the same time.

Can you share content to Neat Board when not in a Zoom meeting?
Yes. You can share content with Neat Board and all Neat devices whether in a remote meeting over Zoom or with teammates in person within the physical meeting space. The easiest way is to use direct share with one click from your Zoom client, but you can also share content over an HDMI cable.
